At its core, Lotus Pond is a celebration of our mom, Anh, and her culinary skills acquired through decades in the food industry, including serving as head chef at some of the most beloved Vietnamese restaurants in the Seattle and Bay Area, and through perfecting her craft cooking in our humble home kitchen. With mom as our head chef accompanied by her trusted and equally passionate team of life-long chef friends, Lotus Pond is their vision of what Vietnamese cuisine should be – vibrant, elegant, home-cooked.
